PHEROMONES IN PEST MANAGEMENT
Pheromones are insect produced chemicals used primarily for mate & food location. Synthetic pheromones, in slow release formulation, are used to monitor pest populations, disrupt mating & lower populations by mass trapping. Worldwide use of pheromones in pest management is increasing at an annual rate of >10%.
The most significant impediment to use of pheromone technology has been the high cost in comparison with alternatives. ChemTica has been highly successful in the development of pheromone-based products that are more economical and effective than insecticide alternatives.
It's as simple as that. At RESCUE!® it’s our goal to design, manufacture and market the safest, most effective pest control solutions available. Our products are the result of exhaustive and ongoing research and development, decades of experience and a commitment to solutions that respect the environment without sacrificing results.

Ventana Timber Resources is a U.S. company formed in 2008 to tap into the vast timber resources of the remote forests of North Atlantic Autonom Region (RAAN) of Nicaragua following the devastation of Hurricane Felix.
Our goal is to bring to the wholesale timber market the vast amounts of fallen timber, mostly precious hardwoods, from the September 2007 hurricane, an effort which will provide significant financial and environmental benefits to the Nicaraguan people in the RAAN.
